    3. Scope and User

    Our services are intended exclusively for businesses and professionals operating in the European Union. The use of the website and contracting of services implies the status of professional or entrepreneur, consumers being excluded.

    The website is not directed at minors.

    4. Contracting Process

    The contracting of our services is done through a personalized quote. The process is as follows:

    1. The client sends an information request through the contact form.
    2. YourBusiness.Solutions evaluates the client's needs and prepares a personalized quote.
    3. Once the quote is accepted by the client, the contractual relationship is formalized.
    4. The specific details of the service are documented in the service provision agreement.

    5. Prices and Invoicing

    Service prices will be communicated individually in each quote. Prices shown do not include VAT, unless otherwise specified.

    All services are invoiced in accordance with applicable Spanish tax regulations. An invoice will be issued for each contracted service.

    6. Client Obligations

    The client commits to:

    • Provide truthful and up-to-date information.
    • Provide the necessary access and credentials for service provision.
    • Make payments within the agreed deadlines.
    • Collaborate in good faith in the execution of services.
    • Not use the services for unlawful purposes or purposes contrary to these Terms.

    7. No Guarantee of Results

    While we apply best practices and professional standards in all our services, we do not guarantee specific results such as:

    • Review ratings or scores.
    • Positions in rankings or search engines.
    • Increases in revenue or conversions.
    • Decisions of third-party platforms (Google, etc.).

    Results depend on multiple external factors beyond our control.

    8. Intellectual Property

    All content on the website (texts, trademarks, visual elements, design, source code) is the property of YourBusiness.Solutions or its legitimate owners and is protected by intellectual and industrial property laws.

    The maximum liability of YourBusiness.Solutions is limited to the amount actually paid by the client for the contracted service.

    Both parties commit to maintaining the confidentiality of all information exchanged during the commercial relationship. This obligation shall continue even after the contractual relationship has ended.

    11. Data Protection

    12. Modifications

    We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on this website with the date of last update. Continued use of the website or services after the publication of changes implies acceptance of the same.

    13. Dispute Resolution

    The parties will attempt to resolve any discrepancy amicably. In case an agreement is not reached, they will submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.

    14. Applicable Law

    These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law.
